The 2026 Bury Suicide Prevention Conference "We're In This Together" with focus this year on children and young people.
Suicide is the biggest means of death amongst under 25's and 200 teenagers each year take their own life.
This year thanks to the hard work of the Three Dad's, Nina Jo Smith and many other campaigners and advocates up and down the country, Suicide Prevention will be part of the National Curriculum in schools across England and Wales.
We are bringing to Bury's Met Theatre some incredible speakers and grass roots workers who strive to support suicide prevention and improve the lives of our young people.
This will be a day of learning, sharing best practice, ideas and creativity. Together we will hold hope and create suicide safer communities for the next generation!
